I’m a former college basketball player at McGill University, where I studied pharmacology. My journey into fitness and bodybuilding started after an injury; I turned to weight training for rehab and never looked back. Over the past six years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering strength training, physique development, and body transformation.

I’ve helped countless people achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s building muscle, shedding fat, or improving their overall health. My coaching blends a science-based approach with real-world experience for optimal results.
